Z·FORTIFY — Aviation-Grade Ceramic Spray

Born on a Florida flight line. Refined for your driveway.

Up to 12 months of hydrophobic, micro-swirl-resistant ceramic protection in a single application. Originally formulated for private aviation. Now part of the Riot Way™.

Z-Fortify started its life on Florida flight lines and in private hangars, where the standard for paint protection isn't "good enough" — it's "survives a hurricane and still beads water." This is that chemistry. We didn't water it down. We didn't tweak the formula. We renamed it, put it in a Riot Line bottle, and priced it for people who care about their finish but aren't flying private to Aspen on weekends.

The Torture Test

The chemist behind Z-Fortify doesn't write marketing claims. He runs torture tests. A single application of this formula was put through:

  • 10 consecutive touchless car washes
  • Pressure washing twice a week — including one full day of hourly pressure washes for 8 hours straight
  • Repeated high-pH chemical exposure for four months of resistance testing
  • Daily dirt-road driving, four times per day
  • A South Florida summer at UV index 11
  • A direct hurricane

One application. No re-coats. The chemistry only began showing signs of wear at the four-month mark.

That's what's in this bottle.

What Z-Fortify Does

  • Industry-leading hydrophobics — water sheets off in seconds, taking dirt with it
  • Up to 12 months automotive durability in a single application
  • Micro-swirl resistance during contact washes — protects your finish from your own maintenance routine
  • Multi-surface bonding — paint, clear coat, gel coat, glass, metal, plastic
  • Windshield clarity in rain — water beads off instead of streaking
  • Works two ways — standalone protection for daily drivers, or topcoat over an existing ceramic to refresh hydrophobics

Z-Fortify vs. Step 08 SHIELD

Z-Fortify isn't the daily basics. That's our Step 08 SHIELD — accessible, dependable, on shelves today, priced for everybody. SHIELD does its job and does it well.

Z-Fortify is the premium move. Aviation-heritage chemistry. Top-tier durability. The finish you want when only the best chemistry will do. Use it as a standalone for top-tier protection, or layer it over SHIELD when an already-protected ride wants a topcoat refresh.

We don't make claims we can't back up. So here's the honest line: this is the same chemistry that's been protecting private aircraft for years. We didn't invent it for you. We made it available to you.

Where It Works

Cars · Trucks · Motorcycles · Boats · RVs · Glass · Wheels · Trim

If it can handle a wing leading edge in salt-laced coastal air, your daily commute isn't going to faze it.

How to Apply

  1. Wash and dry the surface thoroughly (if you're running the full Riot Way, complete Steps 01–07 first)
  2. Spray Z-Fortify onto a clean microfiber — or directly onto the panel
  3. Spread evenly across the surface
  4. Buff to a clean, glossy finish with a second dry microfiber
  5. Avoid water for 30 minutes · No washing for 24 hours

APPLY IN SHADE OR INSIDE A GARAGE. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot panels. This is professional-grade chemistry. It earns its premium by curing properly — treat it like the hangar product it is.

The Riot Line Promise

If you're not having a Riot, why do it?

Z-Fortify is part of the Riot Line — our continuous-refinement house brand. We don't chase trends. We don't water down chemistry. We carry the products we put on our own builds — Riot, Mina, Gladys, and Spunky — and on the daily drivers in our garage. If we wouldn't trust it on our cars, it doesn't earn a Riot Line label.

Do it the Riot Way™.
